CCC_DESCRIPTOR_UUID

UUID of the Client Characteristic Configuration Descriptor (CCCD, 0x2902). This is used to enable notifications or indications in BLE.

As noted in https://punchthrough.com/android-ble-guide/, the rest of the UUID after 2902 is the base UUID for BLE services.
